Mr.Ranjeet Kumar is the Secretary of ATSA (Amar Trishala Sewa Aashram) is the one of the key founder of this organisation having 17 years of experience in the field of social sector and also Post graduate together with LLB. He is associated with Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangthan and dedicated volunteers. He plays a vital leadership and administrative role in the effective functioning and governance of the organization. As one of the key office bearers, the Secretary ensures that ATSA’s vision, mission, and values are reflected in every aspect of its programs and operations. He is delivering his responsibility for overseeing all organizational correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring legal compliance, such as registration renewal, filing returns, and managing meeting documentation. They serve as the bridge between the executive committee, board members, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring that decisions are implemented and communication flows smoothly.

He is also often represents ATSA in public platforms, networking with government departments, funding agencies, partner NGOs, and the media. They may also be involved in proposal writing, donor reporting, and supervising documentation of field activities, especially in campaigns like Harit Safar, education outreach for dropouts, and health sensitization initiatives in Muzaffarpur and surrounding districts.
