Amar Trishala Seva Ashram (ATSA) is a community development implementing agency which strived to improve everyday life for the marginalized section of society since its inception in Bihar state. ATSA has founded in 2007 by a group of professional development practitioners, and registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. ATSA adopted diverse approaches to persistently take forward its vision in real spirit implementing several projects at grassroot level for community level process and pioneer in capacity development of communities.
